This was my first visit to the dc area and i truly can say i was impressed with every aspect of the hotel. my first experience and perception of the hotel was the valet. the night i arrived valet was extremely busy due to the holiday weekend. the valet was extremely polite and informative, offered to help with my bags and was also polite to my children. upon entering the hotel, i was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and the professionalism of the staff. i have traveled a lot on business and although this was a personal trip - i was overly impressed with this hotel and truly do not have a single complaint. i highly recommend this hotel as well as the area of dc it was located in. it was walkable to the sites and monuments, however we took a cab home and the total fair was $6.00. it was all around a fabulous experience!
