Comfortable beds and pleasant staff!

This is a nice clean hotel, convenient to universal studios, with fair rates for this area. i noticed that a number of various europeans were there, and enjoyed hearing the different languages and accents. the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. we had stayed the previous night on-site, at the loews royal pacific resort at universal orlando - mainly for the front-of-line passes, so i can make a comparison. i can say that, while this hotel is not in the same category as far as grandiose style and decor, the beds at the holiday inn were more comfortable! and the rooms were basically the same size!
