Surprise to enjoy

Never stayed at an ayres before, but decided to take a chance as it was close to where i needed to be. from the moment we entered the property we encountered a desk clerk with a great attitude and excellent customer service. it was like that with all the staff that we dealt with. we had one staff member that went totally out of her way (if i remember correctly her name was nadia) to assist us in taking the commuter train into la. besides what the had on premises, there was shopping, bars, and places to eat almost within walking distance. would i not only recommend this place to anybody, but i would stay there again.
