Hotel di costruzione vecchia stanza sufficiente come pulizia arredo vetusto.d a scegliere per l'ottima posizione vicino alla medina e al centro della citta'. da considerare che e' facile da raggiungere arrivando con la nave in macchina e l'hotel ti offre il parcheggio gratis,in conclusione hotel da utilizzare per punto di appoggio per un solo giorno

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, las habitaciones son confortables y tiene una buena vista del centro de la ciudad. en el lobby y en el asensor uno se encuentra con gente de todo africa y asia, y con pocos turistas occidentales, una experiencia muy interesante para quienes quieran descubrir un poco las constumbres de esta región!

Confortevole perchè è situato al centro di tunisi facilmente raggiungibile in taxi dall'aeroporto di carthage, nell'insieme è carino ,rispetto ad altri hotel che sono stato a tunisi ,sono 8 anni che vado in tunisia, ma è la prima volta che vado in questo hotel, sale da pranzo molto carine anche le colazioni sono abbandanti .

Bonne renommée de l'hôtel chez les autochtones mais en réalité assez vieux : il faudrait remplacer la chasse d'eau, refaire les joints ... la propreté des chambres pourrait être mieux faite !

Für 212 zimmer und 10 stockwerken ist ein funktionierender fahrstuhl zu wenig. die abwärtsrichtung funktioniert überhaupt nicht. sie könnnen dann jedesmal von ihrem stockwerk nach unten gehen. sie treffen auf der treppe bestimmt gleichgesinnte zum freundlichen "abwärtsganggespräch", wenn sie französisch sprechen. das hotel ist hoffnungslos veraltet und in einem sehr desolaten zustand. da kaum jemand frühstückt, werden die gebratenen eier wohl vom vortag, mit etwas oder viel öl begossen und dann wieder serviert. dadurch frühstückt natürlich keiner mehr. für junge leute, die wirklich keinen ansprüche stellen und in den nicht sauberen zimmern nur schlafen wollen, imponiert der preis und die lage.

I stayed in zis hotel from 2nd to 7th of april 2010.the hotel was old ,z room ,balcony n bathroom were dirty n dust everywhere.the first day i slipped n broke my ankle n had to plaster it so i cant enjoy my holiday.bfast was nt good n everyday z same.iwould never recommend zis hotel to anyone else.

ottimo hotel, centrale, a pochi passi dalla medina, dalla stazione metro, comopdissima per visitare il museo del bardo. il prezzo è ottimo, la camere pulite, la colazione buona e ben assortita, e, nonostante sia su una via molto trafficata è silenzioso.

We have stayed in tunis 4 times and this is the worst hotel we have stayed at. we paid for a renovated room and it was shabby. as we were put on the 9th floor and the fire door was open we checked the metal spiral fire escape staircase and would it to be completed littered with broken glass and debris - not what you want to find. we complained on the hotel questionnaire but up to now we have been ignored. we found this situation to be totally unacceptable and would not stay at this hotel again. the hotel guests we spoke to were all of the same opinion, noisey, dirty etc. we had an early flight and we had breakfast at 06.05 and the fried eggs were cold.

If you get a renovated room in el hana hotel,then it is ok.do not get a standard one because it means the old ones which are not renovated and you will not like it for sure.but the hotel is safe and has a perfect location for who needs to be in the heart of the city center.

Lors de notre séjour à l'hôtel el hana international de tunis, nous avons été très déçu par le personnel de la réception. en effet, celui-ci manque d'amabilité et de professionnalisme dû à une insuffisance d'écoute et de disponibilité auprès de sa clientèle. en revanche concernant le personnel hors réception, nous n'avons aucune remarque à faire. nous comprenons la raison pour laquelle cet hôtel a perdu une étoile !
