Upon arrival we had some confusion about our reservation, but it was quickly solved. the staff was extremely nice. the room was very comfortable, the bathroom needs to be bigger because there's not enough room for two people to get ready and just enough for one person to stand in. the only other thing was that there was no little shop to buy something like magazines, paper. there was a very nice restaurant and a small grill with some food items to buy but pricy.

I have stayed here many times in the past and once again it did not disappoint. i think they actually get better every time. wonderful staff, luxurious beds, clean everywhere and of course that delicious warm cookie. and the location is super convenient to town. we left the city and were in the hotel in just 15 minutes.
