The staff were so accommodating, nothing seemed too much trouble for them. we arrived late on a friday evening and stayed the weekend. it was slightly more difficult to get into the main part of london than i thought as we could only really use the dlr. we were in london for an agm and a dinner, so we had to pop too and from the hotel as we had to change, if the staff had not been so helpful with arranging taxi's (and agree fares), it could have become impossible.

Chaque week end á londres nous retournons dans cet hôtel et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. le petit déjeuner est extra, buffet a volonté sucré/salé. les chambres sont propres et le personnel agrėable. le seul petit bémol est que l'hôtel et légèrement excentré du centre de londres. mais on y est en une quinzaine de minute en transport, cela se fait très rapidement.

We stayed at the ramada for our anniversary, we requested a room with a view and when arriving in our room the view was wonderful. we then went out for a meal on our return to our room the hotel had left us a cake wishing us a happy anniversary. breakfast was included in our stay and offered a wide selection of food. all in all our stay was wonderful and will defo be staying there again next time we go to london.

Booked for my parents who were visiting the o2. they loved it for location and said it was very clean, with nice quite rooms & a good breakfast. they especially liked the customer service which they rated excellent.

Stayed in this hotel sat 12th march.1st impressions were it needs a makeover,inside wasnt much better.the reception people were excellent thou.i was very dissapointed with the room and glad i got it cheaper than some people do.its very old and tired and needs a revamp.shower was ok but again very tired.if i go back to this area will proberly use the premier inn.sorry to be harsh but it is not good for the money.

Very good hotel, a bit far away from the center, but great connection via dlr.room is really good, nice size. only complain about thbe quality of the matrace, too much soft.all the others are great. excellent breakfast.

The hotel is excellently situated for visits to o2 and excel centre. car parking is superb. the staff and friendly and efficient. there is a left luggage service available even after checking out.. made our stay in london run even more smoothly and pleasurable... room was comfortable and clean...

What a fantastic deal we had at the ramada docklands. the room was superb - great especially because my sister is an insomniac so having a suite meant i wasn't disturbed too much!! the facilities in the room were excellent and there was nothing we could fault. everyone was very helpful and friendly and the bar and restaurant service were also excellent. the breakfast was very good - lots of choice and good quality - perhaps a bit on the cool side but understandable when catering for a large number. incredible value.

Great location for events at the o2 or excel, clean, efficient, great breakfast & good for the dlr into town (400m). good chinese restaurant (yi ban) with views of the planes taking off at city airport, with an evening meals for 2 costing £58 inc a beer each. no noise overnight from the airport.

Excellent room we had a suite. staff very attentive and helpful. however thats were it ended. breakfast for 2 days was cold and evening meal on 2nd day could only be described as unacceptable. 1 sent back others average to say the least.

Stayed 1 night easy check in and all details were confirmed correctly as pre-paid etc. hotel is what you would expect from a ramada and is ideal location for docklands and excel, o2. we used it for central london due to price. it has good transport links - docklands light railway about 400 yds - takes about 45 mins to covent garden.

This hotel outside of city center is very nice. underground only a few minutes away. high standard and very nice staff. lying nesxt to london airport we hardly never heard a plane.

Lovely friendly hotel. delicious breakfast served overlooking the water. this was exceptional. beds very comfortable and room not overheated which made for a good nights sleep. staff could not have been more helpful and courteous. thank you, will come again.

The hotel was fine. nothing special, but good value for money. i must say that for tourists, it is quite a long way out of town. but that's probably why it is such good value for a four star hotel with good facilities.

Per il soggiorno a londra (5 notti) con la famiglia, abbiamo prenotato due stanze al ramada. ottimi il rapporto qualità/prezzo, i servizi offerti dall'hotel e la prima colazione (inclusa nel prezzo). un pò distante dal centro ma raggiungibile in tempi accettabili.

Just returned from a very enjoyable weekend break at the ramada. speedy check in and out. suite was spacious and very clean. breakfast was very good with lots of choice. our only criticism would be the mattress which lacked any support. also worth a mention is yi-ban chinese restaurant, which is only about a hundred yards away in a rowing club. this restaurant does not really feature in docklands reviews, but the food is excellent!

We stayed at the ramada for the third time for two nights last week. it’s really handy it you are flying to and from london city airport as we were (from the isle of man). it’s about a 10 minute walk or you can use the dlr to canning town and back to prince regent which reduces it to 5 minutes walk. we were able to check in at 9.30 am which was really helpful and we again had an excellent suite for a low price thanks to www.hotelsclick.com breakfast good, room service for a snack on the first night only took 10 minutes and on the second night we had good service in the restaurant – we had the room to ourselves! it’s a bit tiring to go in and out to the centre of london and it took us an hour and half to get to and from the wembley arena for the fleetwood mac concert.

We wanted a safe, quiet hotel with included breakfast close to o2 arena. perfect location with tea and coffee making facilities in a comfortable and modern room. close to thames barrier and city of london airport. eat leisurely at the hotel restaurant or bar unless you enjoy queueing for food at the o2 restaurants! abundant choice of food at breakfast. buy day off peak tickets to travel around london by tube,dlr and bus (£6.30 zone 1 - 4)

It was the second time that i had stayed here with my wife flying to the nearby london city airport from the isle of man. the apartments were wonderful especially for the price we paid with hotelsclick.com we have a third stay planned for october. its easy to walk from the airport but only if you know the way (15 minutes very slowly, 7-8 minutes at brisk pace).

Stayed in a suite. got a great price for it. hotel is about 30 to 40 mins from london centre but it is quiet (even with the city airport on the doorstep). if you don't mind the travel and we didn't, the dlr and tube are excellent, this is a great place to stay. really handy for greenwich and o2. hotel service was excellent and they do a fantastic breakfast which keeps you full till mid afternoon! will be back!

Very good hotel. very friendly and helpful staff. excellent breakfast. close to city airport therefore windows cannot be opened for ventilation. however it should be possible to open a window at nights ( when there are no flights ) unfortunately this is not the case and the guests are completely dependent on the air conditioning.

Got a really nice deal for a suite at the hotel. staff really helpful and obliging and understood all requests. room service meals seemed good value and were of a high quality. breakfast (full english) was excellent. suite of rooms were nice but as i am a light sleeper dlr woke me at 5.30am. (why can't new hotles be properly sound proofed), also when upstairs had a shower water running down the pipes could be heard in the bedroom. staff moved me and the other suite was better.

I love the ramada docklands! have already stayed a few times and will definitely go again! it usually offers an amazing price which you would also pay in a hostel. the 02 arena is literally around the corner and the dlr trains about 3 minutes away (prince regent). it takes around 45 minutes up to an hour to get into the city centre (let's say oxford circus) but you pass beautiful canary wharf and have some excellent views on the way. the rooms are ok, bathrooms very nice and continental breakfast literally a full english breakfast wish freshly squeezed juice etc and nice service. parking is free so you can leave your car in the hotel while enjoying sightseeing! i would recommend this hotel to everyone i know because the value for money us unbeatable!!!!!!

My daughter and i spent a night at the ramada hotel prior to going to the clothes show. good location for the excel centre although the courtesy bus did not turn up so double check times. our room had a fantastic view and i would thoroughly recommend the breakfast, in particular the fantastic freshly baked rolls. the hotel also has free parking.

A really good place to stay for the 02 only a short distance away, you had a good nights sleep as there was no sound from outside and the layout for breakfast and the choice was excellent, the staff were there for you all the time i would recommend this hotel to anyone it was money well spent.

Good hotel if you want city airport, canary wharf etc. o2 which we were going to was a little more difficult to get to than anticipated. pleased that the bar was still open when we got back at about 12.45am! clean, tidy, good room but with not much of a view. staff very helpful and breakfast perfectly ok

Excellent hotel in excellent location. booked through hotelsclick and could not believe the deal i got. initially i thought it may be a problem as it was so close to both city airport and dlr. the reality was that you could not hear either the planes or trains when in your room, excellent double glazing i think. walking distance from excel where i was attending on business. no charge for parking and i was able to leave my vehicle in the car park without charge for the day after i checked out, what great service!!! breakfast was perfect, very good choice and even the evening meal was good value for money and quality food. i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Für einen kurztrip/wochenendaufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend! gutes und umfangreiches frühstück, freundliches und zuvorkommendes personal! kein luxus aber guter standard! hoteleinrichtungen sonst nicht genutzt! leider kein deutsches fernsehen/radio, ohne sprachkenntnisse schwierige verständigung und informationsmöglichkeiten!
