Très contente du séjour! j'ai juste trouvé étrange qu'une personne de la réception fasse une remarque à mon fils qui prenait en photo le bar qu'il trouvait trés beau (alors que personne ne s.y trouvait à ce moment là) cela n'etait encore jamais arrivé dans aucun autre hôtel.

We stayed for 3 days at dorint hotel and we have nothing to complain about. awsome breakfast. clean room. pleasant staff and we will gladly come back. ;-)

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. the staff on the reception were helpful and greeted all with a smile. the concierge was exceptionally helpful. the hotel made our stay delightful. i would stay again.

This was a five star hotel in name & service. the room was spacious as were the washing facilities. the air conditioning functioned well in the humid weather and made my stay more comfortable. breakfast was an enjoyable experience with plenty of variety and good service. the hotel, while busy, was quiet which allowed for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. overall, excellent value.

This hotel is very much recommended for travellers to cologne! especially if your appreciate quality and central location. we enjoyed our three nights stay in this hotel. check in/out and reception services were fluent and they had a oppoturnity to give us a room before the normal check in -time. rooms were good quality, but ask for the view to the river rhein. other options are not as good. only three negative things appeared: 1) water temperature (coming to shower) wasn`t same degree, temperature changed all the time. 2) cost of wine in hotel bar was absolutely too much, 10 euros for a glass 3) construction area in front of the hotel (metro line under construction) room service recommended, fast service and cost affordable.
