Beautiful hotel with great location, however lots of room for improvement. i called about a party around 1am and it went on until 3am, security never came. they also took a $700 pre authorization upon check in, but then continued each night to take another $240. i asked the front desk manager to stop but it continued with almost $1500 in preauthorizations for a $282 room bill. i've stay at nicer hotels with some peeks like free breakfast with lower prices. housekeeping and beach service was great!
