We spent 11 nights in paris in may 2012. chose this hotel based on location and price. arrived very early on sunday morning without any expectations for early check in,however to our surprise we were greeted by very friendly receptionist nataliya who made room available for us stright away. she also gave us directions to all the main attractions and reasonably priced shopping and cafes around,booked our excursions, was very knowlegable and polite,could speak many languages which also helped us a lot! hotel itself was very average with tiny rooms and boring breakfast. good location.
