Stayed here the night before the philadelphia marathon. hoped to catch an early dinner and peaceful sleep prior to early morning departure for the starting line. within minutes of checking in we had to evacuate building due to false fire alarm. after a later than desired dinner we managed to get to bed only to be awakened by inconsiderate guests running up and down the hall, slamming doors and playing loud music. between midnight and 3am i called guest services 4 times and each time they promised to send up security. the noise continued through the night, even as we departed for the marathon start at 4am. due to the late dinner and sleepless night i was unable to complete the marathon for which i had trained many months. an entire weekend, much time and expense, wasted.
