Having arrived at the hotel after a 10:30 flight from the uk, the hotel offered a warm welcoming atmosphere. the staff are very pleasant and have a good local knowledge. the restaurant next to the hotel serves good food and the burgers are recommend. rooms were clean and comfortable. car parking rates were the best we saw.

Wir sind zwei nächte im cova geblieben zum zwischenstopp. das hotel liegt relativ zentral. wir hatten drei sonderwünsche, die um der mitarbeiter mike sehr gerne erfüllt hat: extrem late check in. late check out. koffer aufbewahrung langfristig. hotel hat valet parking 24$ /tag frühstück im stylischer bistro nebenan. wifi kostenlos. ebenso shuttle zu poi, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. zimmer angemessen und sauber

Nous sommes resté 3 nuits à l'hôtel avec petit déjeuner. chambre et lit très bien mais petit déjeuner minimum et pas très copieux (il fallait insister pour avoir une tartine de plus!). chambre faite tous les jours mais aussi à minima (savon compté...). enfin impossible de régler le chauffage. après 4 appels vers la réception, on a obtenu un chauffage portable que nous avons du installer nous même. néanmoins personnel globalement assez serviable. emplacement de l'hôtel central avec une navette gratuite vers 3 points touristiques principaux. expérience globalement satisfaisante mais peut mieux faire...!

This hotel was a great find. good value, nice rooms and a pleasant breakfast. best of all, the staff were all friendly and helpful. we made use of the courtesy shuttle to the wharf, and we're helped with booking a shuttle to the airport. will definatly stay here again, next time we"re in sf.
