I must confess i was kind of worried about my reservation because it was the first time i used this service (hotelsclick.com) but everything worked out fine. i called the hotel the day before and the reservation was there. when we arrived (i was with a friend), the personnel was really nice and i asked if it was possible to have twin beds and we did. the hotel has a great location on st charles st a few meters away from canal st. the trolley on st charles stops just in front of the hotel, in case you want to have a ride (to the universities or to nice places on st charles away from the french quarter). i would definitely stay there again!
