Hotel was ok. breakfast was very scandinavian in a positive way. location is good and peaceful nearby the city centre. there was no air conditioning in our room - wintertime might be ok, but what about hot summer? the sign "don't disturb" was missing and room service was a bit too eager to enter the room...

Great hotel....charming lobby area to await friends and hang out in the evening as they have a bar also. the rooms are small but adequate. the bathrooms had heated floors!!! there was access to free internet in the lobby...conference room also and breakfast was a little pricey but very nice w/jogurts and muesli and fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, fresh breads and danish, cheeses and meats and coffee, tea and juice.....loved our stay....two blocks from nyhavn on like a little canal with a lot of trendy shops and restaurants...take lots of money!! and a canal across from the hotel with a cruise boat there and within walking to everything really. would definately recommend it!

Hôtel agréable, bien entretenu, plutôt central et au calme. les chambres sont petites, mais cosy. selon l'exposition de la chambre, il peut faire un peu chaud dans la chambre.

Nice rooms ,queiet location. close to nyhavn and shopping + the tivoli. the staff in the reseption seemed to have no education in how to serve cognac.

I suppose you get what you pay for but there is no reason for brokrn plugs and dirty sealant round the bath.

New hotel in historic wharfside building.fresh up to date interior.quiet situation by water temporarily affectd by building work.near nyhavn tourist area.some cooking smells from building opposite. standard rooms small - perhaps often normal in inner city hotel. not much wardrobe space. no air con. broken shower quickly fixed. good buffet breakfast included in price. free internet access in business center. worst aspect:two girls on reception very customer-unfriendly. need to go on a course on how to treat clients.
