Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, excellent extra facilities in partner hotel net door. situated with easy access to the main port and the main rail station. slight problems with slow wifi hookup in the mornings. easy walk to centre of genoa .

Camera grande, molto gentili. colazione super abbondante. ottima la posizione, hanno un parcheggio a 24 euro dove abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina per tutto il giorno pur avendo lasciato la stanza.

Solo il prezzo è da 4 stelle..chi è abituato a 4 stelle avrà una delusione..accoglienza alla reception molto "easy",in un vero 4 stelle è usanza accompagnare il cliente in camera,anche con bagaglio ridotto..la camera aveva vista su caldaia e tubazioni..molto rumorosa..buona la pulizia.buona la posizione

Hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. di fronte alla stazione principe. accoglienza cordiale e competente, camera matrimoniale spaziosa, nonostante il letto aggiunto e la culla. colazione abbondante e varia. solo due pecche: il posteggio (quello dell'hotel costa € 24 al giorno) e sotto il letto matrimoniale era pieno di batuffoli di polvere.

This hotel is conveniently located within 200 meters of the railway station and bus stop where the airport bus stops and travel onwards to the costal resorts further south. the distance from the hotel to the old port area is within 10 minutes. despite being on the main road, there is not too much traffic noise in the bedrooms. we stayed in a superior room overlooking a side street with a view of the bus stops at the railway station. our bedroom has wooden floors and a fully tiled large and well laid out bathroom. the bedroom was spacious with a large double bed, a double couch, two chairs, and a vanity / writing desk. the bedroom window is large and has a roller shutter outside. the wardrobe was large with plenty of clothes hangers and storage cupboards. the bathroom has a bath and shower. the combination of shower curtain and shower screen prevents shower water leaking onto the floor. the shower water pressure was very low, the shower head rose does not work properly and the shower head arm fitting slides down the rail which means that you had to reposition the shower head and arm regularly. a regular sized complimentary bottle of water is left in the bedroom each day and there is bottled water available on self-service for guests in the lobby. the hotel has free wi fi but there is a charge to use the internet computer in the lobby. the hotel has six floors served by stairs and a lift ( elevator) with the old style cantilevered cage doors. the hotel character is old fashioned and clean. the breakfast is self-service buffet with plenty of good quality food for all guests . hot food for breakfast is stored in covered heated trays which we thought kept the food warm rather than hot. the staff in the breakfast room are attentive, friendly and helpful. the staff in the reception are efficient friendly and helpful. they are willing to assist in any way possible.

L'hotel continental è situato in posizione strategica per poter visitare genova comodamente. la nostra stanza era piccola, ma confortevole. la cosa più fastidiosa è stata l'eccessiva rumorosità del condizionatore che, soprattutto durante la notte, risultava molto fastidiosa. la colazione a buffet, molto ricca e abbondante, era servita in una gradevolissima sala dell'albergo, ben arredata e con un piacevole sottofondo musicale di fabrizio de andrè.

Ottima posizione per chi arriva in stazione e per ragggiungere l'acquario village. personale molto cortese (in particolare il sig. filippo)e disponibile. hotel in stile liberty inizi '900 ben curato, rimodernato,ambiente pulito,confortevole, spazioso, non runori, ascensore originale dell'epoca (è piaciuto molto a nostro figlio); colazione continentale piu' che soddisfacente. da consigliare

Ho prenotato l'albergo per una breve vacanza a genova in compagnia di una coppia di amici per una visita all'acquario, l'albergo si trova solo a dieci minuti a piedi dall'acquario vicino alla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto vicino ai punti di interesse. lo consiglio a tutti per l'ottimo compromesso qualita' prezzo e per l'elevata qualita' della struttura. ottimo per famiglie con bambini come la mia.

Hôtel de très grand confort bien insonorisé devant la gare de gênes. chambre supérieure pour 2 nuits:(à l'arrivée nous avons eu une chambre standard bien mais très petite parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'autre possibilité mais dès le lendemain , un changement s'est fait) petit déjeuner très copieux: bufet à volonté avec cappucino et chocolat délicieux servi à la demande. réception parlant français très aimable. très bien sous tous rapports.

Consiglio a tutti questo albergo perche mi e piaciuto ,perche finalmente ho trovato il letto comodo addiritura 2 cuscini senza chiedere e gli asciugamani morbidi ,viaggio molto e questo e veramente bello arrivi alla sera e hai anche la possibilita di farti il caffe e il the in camera complimenti
