We found the staff welcoming and the rooms clean and well set out. breakfast was great! i have 2 gripes which are essentially the basis of a fantastic overnight stay: the beds are awful and the pillows wafer thin, nobody in my family slept well. i could feel every spring in the mattress- these are the worst hotel beds i have ever encountered. parking - parking is not made available to hotel guests but rather rented out to random paying customers. we had to park some distance away from the hotel. i think that hotel guests should have first option on parking when making their booking and if they decide not to take it then rent it out to paying customers, this way you don't lose money and you keep hotel guests happy.
