Rooms need work our shower was broken off the wall at check in you would think that they would haves fixed this!!!!!! also male reception staff were pushing tours to guests which was inappropriate (almost hard selling) taxi drivers have trouble finding hotel as you cannot drive to it as hotel is in old havana where no cars are alllowed , hotel could not even supply a map for area and water is not included with free breakfast

An experience to try a restored quaint hotel in havana but as many negatives as positives. great location right in the heart of havana, easy walking distance to everywhere. check in not as smooth as expected. loud music coming from the courtyard til quite late. rooms okay, comfy but loud humming noise all night. no water next day for long period. breakfast was disappointment and we had to ask for half of it as they had no intention of providing it.

Good location in the centre of old havanna. good restaurants nearby the hotel. easy to reach although it is not possible to take taxi to the front door of the hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful and in the perfect location. the only thing is that when you finally arrive there you will hear "sorry, no rooms for you". even if you fully prepaid your stay, hotelsclick will not actually reserve any room for you.
