Hotel click took my payment for the hotel and never forwarded the payment or my reservation to the hotel, so i was left searching for a new hotel room at midnight after leaving the parks in orlando. then i couldn’t get in touch with anyone at hotel click because they are located in another country and were closed. i will never use hotel click again and do no recommend anyone in the us to use this site.

I read the reviews of hotelsclick and i was not sure it was going to be a good stay or not. i have to say you shouldn’t always go by what people say. i contacted the customer service at hotelsclick 3 times and all 3 times the representative picked up immediately and answered all my calls. i even had to cancel the first time because i booked the rooms incorrectly. they walked me through it and i received my refund 3 days later. the hotel was awesome. took the shuttle to universal and islands of adventure. it was a great choice i got the passes the day before for 8:25 so when we get to the parks it’s not that packed. the shuttle picked up right on time. the arcade at the hotel is huge. my kids loved it. the slides are great too. honestly it was the best stay i’ve ever had.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. rooms were clean and spacious. lifeguards are extremely attentive.

Awesome place to take your kids! everything was wonderful.. my son had a blast! i actually did too lol there's fun for all ages at this resort.. and it's affordable.

It was sort of a last minute find for just myself for a trip to the orange county convention center. wasn't sure what to expect, but i was honestly impressed. it was a fun place, clean, and secure. lots of people around during the day, but no worries. quiet at night - really couldnt ask for much more. the studio room was awesome, just what i needed for my 4 day trip. i actually plan to go back just to stay at this place with my family.
