Excellent hotel very friendly and welcoming staff a wonderful room very spacious and comfortable . my daughter really enjoyed the pool! the beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly and thus ensured we had a great night's sleep !breakfast was good but a little bland .perhaps this could be tweaked a little .

My husband and i stayed as a treat from our son for my birthday. we only live 45mins away, but it was an absolute pleasure to actually stay. the welcome was second to none on the friday, and we interested in finding a shop and the opening hours, the receptionist and another member of staff went out of their way to find out what we needed.the room was on 6th floor and had a brilliant view of the city and was clean and very quiet. my only critism if there was one was that there was not enough shower/bath gel. sounds petty but when there are two people who have a shower in morning and evening, it runs out pretty quick. breakfast was ample with a great choice.

We went to cork for the weekend to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and we had a great time - would definitely recommend it to anyone! the hotel was great - nice room, great location and the staff were friendly and helpful!
