Great place for kids

Kids friendly place. my kids loved the swimming pool and kid fun zone. also they have kids check in desk where kids get a little gift. the location was great too. it was close from the subway and there are so many good place to eat.

Mediocre hotel

The chelsea was not worth the price. the rooms were small and not very clean considering the price we paid for a downtown toronto hotel. the kids pool area was outdated and again not that well kept.

Zimmer alt, empfangspersonal sehr freundlich, balkon nicht zu nutzen (keine stühle etc.) für eine übernachtung ok!

Hotel viiejo

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, pero viejo, ha dado algo de mantenimiento pero no es suficiente, ocupa remodelación, siempre lleno. restaurante de mal aspecto, más como cafetería, el bar apenas bien.

Great service

Hotel is located near eaton center and city hall. the rooms are a bit small, the hotel is very big, therefor the reception is mostly busy, but the service is excellent, and event when the reception is busy you can always call them and they will answer right away. they have a nice restaurant and a bar in the hotel.

Unhappy

Way too busy. 20 min wait to get on a elavator. had friends stay there aswell and they welt the same. i will be staying elsewhere next time. i would rather pay double somewhere else.

Neat and tidy.

I was in and out on business, and everything was quick and easy. exactly how you want a short stay to go. easy, efficient, and room was clean and comfortable.

Chelsea hotel toronto

We booked our three night stay in toronto through hotelsclick. we called in advance to get a king size bed and they were happy to accommodate us. the room was exactly as expected and we were quite happy with our accommodations. it is centrally located in downtown toronto with a subway stop within a few minutes walk. i would not hesitate to book this hotel again!

Great location great hotel great food

Very friendly check in staff....nice open concept feel in lobby....great selection of food choices if you decide to stay and eat at hotel and affordable....2 pools....one for children and other for adults....easy walk to everything

Chelsea toronto review

Well placed and comfortable hotel with good facilities. particularly liked the all day self service restaurant. rarely did the wifi work, however. when i asked at reception i was told that it was because too many people were using it. for such a large hotel i should think a suitably robust system would have been installed. had to use nearby restaurants and cafes to get access.

Evening at the chelsea

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. the room was lovely and the view was great. i was disappointed that the parking was so expensive that the stairwells did not give access to the ground level.
