The 2 double rooms we have received were between rooms of foreign workers, leaving for work at 6 am, shouting, banging doors and smoking freely. cigarette smoke was everywhere. our request to change our rooms to the 3 floor, the "tourist section", was declined by a very rude owner. beer drinking guests are sitting on the floor in front of the hotel. at least one time during our stay, the police has been on spot for some incident. the rooms are a pure disaster. rust al over the bathroom, the shower curtain came down each time we took a shower. a couple of times we had to ask for toilet paper, soap and towels. one of the toilets did not flash properly. the cleaning and restaurant personnel are trying to do their best to compensate for the misserable conditions of the hotel.they are nice, polite and very helpfull and serve a breakfast which is ok for the price.
