Hotel is ok for a short stay but very basic. the reception area is very small as are the rooms. the hotel would benefit from a refit. if you are looking for something very simple to sleep it is ok. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was also very good with enough variety for a cold buffet which did not incur any extra charge. the hotel is very close to the centre of mestre and an easy walk to the station to catch the train to venice, so the best of both worlds. when visiting venice walk don't use the water taxis it is much cheaper and you see so much more. booking trips in advance helps avoid the queues.
