The room i booked was a 'deluxe double', when i arrived i was given a small hot room with a double bed, but absolutely no hanging space, very tiny bathroom, basin outside bathroom, no floor space for an open suitcase - hardly 'deluxe'! i complained and to be fair to management they immediately upgraded at no cost to a bigger room with hanging space. the upgraded room was fine, but if they were full and i'd been stuck with the first room i'd have been very unhappy. check the room you will be getting because i think they allocate small rooms to some booking agents eg hotelsclick.com.
