No sólo en todas las habitaciones sino en todo el hotel, que es el único de Saigón, ofrece internet de banda ancha de alta velocidad en las salas funcionales. Hi. i booked and then i was contacted that i had multiple booking. i advised the lady that i only needed 1 and she said ok. i then had another call advising i had multiple bookings, again advised. i also rang the hotel direct and they had multiple booking, which i had to advised directly. it also showed calls coming from italy, because of the number prefix, which i did’r answer. maybe you need to advise where the call center might ring from. also, make sure the call center updates the notes and does what they say they would do, like cancel the second booking. when i turned up at the hotel, they still had two bookings.
