We were absolutely disappointed with the rooms in the hotel. nothing looks like the pictures on the website. it said it was recently refurbished, but our room was so basic, some hostels are more luxurious! we booked a room for 3 with our teenage daughter. the only thing the room had were 3 separate beds, a desk, a chair and some sort of rack to hang your clothes. the walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, there was no bin in the room, no hairdryer, no coffee facilities, no bedlights, no nightstand, one outlet in the entire room!! try charging your stuff when you're 3 people. the bathroom was painted black so you wouldn't see the dirt. none of the sheets/bed covers or towels matched. the only good thing was the location, middle of the old town. i think the hotel just changed hands, the lovely terrace that used to be in front, because i know the town very well, is no longer. the hotel is very outdated and not worth staying if you're looking for more than really basic. very disappointing!
