The staff is nice. location is nice. but personally i am not comfortable in a lodge which the restroom is not in your cabin or you only have a ceiling fan. also the pillows were not comfortable for me. the breakfast was good.

Good and basic hotel close to bryce canyon national park.. we stayed at the hotel for one night and had issues with our rental car, but the staff was accomodating by letting us extend our checkout time to resolve the issue..

Bien placé chambre correct on était au 1er c'est toujours mieux car moins de bruit bon wifi bon rapport qualité prix par rapport aux tarifs du coin et bryce est tellement beau qu'on se fout du reste

Buses still running on the parking between 9 pm until 10.30 pm waiting for people. we never saw the house-keeper. so, no shampoo, no soap, no clean towels, no cleaning. no ice, the machine was out of order. too expensive for no service.

I booked this hotel through trip advisor/hotelsclick and was charged up front for the room. i booked in march for a stay in july. when i checked out i left my key at the office and they didn't mention anything about charging extra for the room, so i presumed i was taken care of. i opened up my bank statement today, and noticed not one, but 2 new charges for the room. i called the hotel and they transferred me to accounting. i got a recorded message, left my number, and hope they will call back. another thing to be wary of is that the pool is not in the hotel, but down the block and across the street in another hotel.

We travel twice a year with pets, and i always indicate tlhis on the application form and ask for a ground level room - because of the pets and because one of us walks with cane(s). unfortunately hotelsclick.com did not inform the lodge of our request. when we arrived we learned that all the ground floor rooms were taken. but when i explained our situation the nice lady at the front desk performed some magic! not only did she get us a ground level room, the room was near the hall entrance. this made our life much easier. further, the tv did not work. another staff member came to our room immediately. after a couple of minutes, she found that someone had disconnected the tv; she fixed the problem very quickly. and the phone was not working, so she left and quickly returned with another phone. the name of this very personable and knowledgeable young lady is kristen. again, great service with a smile. we have stayed at the lodge a number of times before. the room is always clean, and it is comfortably furnished. the bryce view lodge gives very good value for the cost.

Excellent location near the entrance to bryce canyon . the motel was typical in amenities and quality. the room was clean with typical amenities. ruby's was within walking distance and an asset. prices for food was high but that is typical. it snowed (in april) and "holed" up for the evening.

Ottima struttura sembra nuova. comodissima per la visita al parco, praticamente all'entrata. comoda alcuni ristorantini niente male. pulito e personale molto cordiale. tra i piu economici considerando anche la posizione veramente ottimale
