How did they get a four star rating and get away with charging those prices? room temperatures were unbearable and i thought i hadn't been put in the un-renovated end of the hotel but got talking to several other parties staying in different parts of the hotel who all complained of the same. i did like their pool/spa but again they were under renovation and could not access the spa to book from their website. chester is a fabulous area and the staff at the hotel were great but i felt it was three star at best and would definitely get the same or better facilities for less money.
