Hotel nelle vicinanze della stazione centrale, posizione comoda e ben collegata. la manutenzione dell'immobile lascia a desiderare ma il prezzo in compenso è più basso di molti altri alberghi della zona

We will never stay at prati hotel anymore. the room was dirty and so were the beddings :( no hot water and water poured out of the tank in the toilet with every flush. the wall paper coming off the wall. we complained but the receeptionist ignored us. let's hope they will improve with time...

Di certo non vi aspettate di dormire in una reggia (il prezzo delle camere non può far pretendere di più), ho dormito in una stanza doppia, abbastanza piccola, spartana nell'arredamento e un po trasandata nella manutenzione: la maniglia della porta del bagno era rotta e c'erano delle piccole macchie sulle pareti, ma nel complesso non ho trovato la sporcizia che molti descrivono: lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, bagno con doccia piu che utilizzabile! la colazione è abbastanza scarsa, cornetti confezionati e caffè all'americana (all'americana napoli?!?) servita in una stanza molto bella all'utlimo piano che però ha un intera parte in restauro! personale simpatico e cortese e posizione ottima! nel complesso è un hotel spartano e non è sicuramente adatto a chi ha molte pretese, del resto per 17€ a notte non è proprio possibile chiedere di piu!

Abbiamo pagato pochissimo non si puo pretendere , ma le stanze sono fatiscenti in una pioveva dal soffitto goccia dopo goccia assieme ai rumori esterni ci e' stato impossibile riposare 3 notti da incubo materassi con le molle nella schiena stanze fredde..bagni lasciamo perdere meglio spendere qualcosa in piu' ma qua mai piu' almeno che lo ristrutturano,

Ho soggiornato per una notte. la reception molto gentile le camere pulite. ottima posizione centrale per visitare ed esplorare napoli ma bisogna stare attenti iin tardi serata ottimo qualità prezzo

Stayed in november. the room was cool, the heating did not work. the atmosphere in the room is very modest, does not correspond to three stars. breakfast includes only croissant and coffee. conveniently located, close to the railway station, the historic center is also very close. i recommend this hotel only them who agree to sacrifice comfort for cheap price

The hotel is in an excellent location near all major transport in naples (bus, train, metro) and outside (eg to pompeii, vesuvius etc,). piazza garibaldi whilst once having a sleezy reputation is now very much cleaned up, with a new train terminus. my room was a reasonable size, with an elevator (that worked!!), and the receptionists understood english. there were several restaurants and bars nearby. the room was cleaned daily and air conditioned. i also found it quite quiet being high up, despite the noisy street. the internet was only available in the lobby though and there was not sufficient furniture. a major problem happened with the external key, that did not work, and i was lucky to be able to ring for the receptionist to let me in - check your external key works when you come or else how to get in if the receptionist is not available, eg after 11 pm. but overall a good experience and i'd recommend it.

The hotel was not fit for human habitation. the website misrepresented the details and pictures of the hotel. totally unacceptable. worst hotel i have had the misfortune to stay in. reception staff, what can i say! restaurant - is this a joke! hotel closed one night and couldn't get in for some time. health and safety standards for fire and hygiene procedures certainly does not apply to this hotel. sockets hanging out of wall, filthy bedrooms and bathrooms. cleaning staff with dirty bucket in hallway. need i say more! another site stated this hotel was refurbished in 2010. what a joke! the hotel needs to be completely gutted and refurbished. i think you get the general picture! could go on and on............ do not stay here

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato il nostro soggiorno è stato gradevole..abbiamo riscontrato solo qualche piccola pecca. nel senso che lo scarico del bagno emanava un cattivo odore e la tv non prendeva canali oltre la rai per il resto ci siamo trovati bene.

Camera pessima con sigarette nei vasi delle piante sul balcone. doccia mal funzionante con fuoriuscita d'acqua che mi ha fatto scivolare procurandomi una caduta di cui ne porto le conseguenze come ecchimosi. pulizia così e così. mai visto un albergo così mal messo.

Struttura essenziale e modesta nei pressi della stazione centrale. ci è stata assegnata una camera del 4° piano abbastanza gradevole, comoda e sufficientemente pulita. colazione molto migliorabile.

Ho trascorso in questo albergo una notte ma mi è sembrato un incubo pulizia scarsa,spazi minimi per muoversi ambiente vecchio e fatiscente,sambra un hotel ad ore / o lo è davvero!!!!degrado piu totale di un albergo /pensione

Stanze matrimoniali piccolissime,letti matrimoniali formati con due singoli(compresi i materassi)con conseguente buca in mezzo,acqua calda praticamente inesistente.personale gentile ma scarsa professionalita'.
