Siamo rimasti soddisfatti della nostra permanenza di tre giorni presso quest'hotel. la struttura è gradevole, con ampi ed eleganti spazi comuni, il servizio buono, e colazione varia. la camera era semplice ma elegante. consiglierei soltanto di aggiornare le tende della camera, per migliorare il look. tutto molto pulito.

Accogliente, con personale cortese e un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. buona base per visitare venezia, con comodissimi treni nelle vicinanze ogni mezz'ora... chiedere alla reception.

The hotel is very nice, good location, 5 min by car from city centre. good brice. the walls are a bit thin so it can get a noisy, but all in all it is a nice hotel. good breakfast.

L'hôtel est du type villa avec une très belle entrée moderne. l'accueil est très chaleureux et agréable. les chambres sont très bien équipées, la salle d'eau est bien aussi et très propres. l'hôtel est très récent. nous avons séjourné 6 nuits et nous en sommes ravis. avec un véhicule, on est tout près de la gare de mestre pour venise. le petit déjeuner, type buffet froid (charcuterie, fromage, croissants...) avec café frais. vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

For a trip to venice. i wouldn't recommend the venice hotels to anyone, as you're bound to end up in an old rundown shack with rotten service. try a hotel in the urban hinterland like treviso, and take the short train trip into venice instead.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare treviso ma anche venezia facilmente raggiungibile con l'auto, stanze standard pulite e funzionali, buona ampiezza, ambienti comuni molto eleganti e curati,servizio reception cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualita prezzo ottimo, colazione soddisfacente, piscina aperta solo da marzo a settmbre, sicuramente consigliabile

Sono rimasto mollto soddisfatto. l'unico neo è che l'albergo è costituito da vari edifici collegati tra loro da freddi corridoi. d'inverno, la mattina, non è il massimo per andare a fare colazione

Perfectly pleasant hotel as a base for local touring but surprised by the 4 star rating. the description of the facilities are slightly enhanced - for instance the indoor exercise area was about 3 sq meters of indoor pool and one exercise bike that had seen better days. also surprised by a €10 charge per person per day for sauna or steam room usage. we didn't use the restaurant for evening meals as it simply wasn't priced with a family in mind. staff were very helpful and fortunately spoke far better english than we spoke italian, but the lack of any tourist leaflets or literature was a surprise. the self service breakfasts offered a good choice. in spite of the above we did have very good value for money with the basic room cost working out at £18 per night per person for b&b through online booking 2 months ahead

This hotel is really nice. the staff are really helpful and the restaraunt is lovely. drinks are expensive but that is the area. only complaints i have are: tea coffee facilities in bedroom would be great, and few tiny little diy jobs . pool is great too, pay 10euro deposit for key which is returned on departure, lovely area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, after a busy week in italy i finally relaxed here, great pool and a steam and sauna service, i awoke to a great breakfast with friendly staff and all the locals near the hotel are also very freiendly. if you want to relax and unwind in a peaceful location visit this hotel.

A good hotel which - however - did not live up entirely tpo our expectations. this was mainly due to the fact that we expected a park and refurnisched old italian villa (as per the describtion) which was not the case. a few trees and a couple of yard grass where between the hotel and the busy road. well structured, lounge, dining room , breakfast room and recreation area. no fitness room and running outside on the street is dangerous!

Helpfull charming reception staff and a good pool and relax area didn't make up for breakfast in the basement, badly designed bar and lounge area, and the position of the hotel which needed a dash accross a very busy road and back to buy tickets from the magazine kiosk in order to catch the half hourly bus to treviso or the station. a taxi was essential and they are very expensive. no air conditioning in the rooms made sleeping difficult with slightly open windows ue to the mosquitos. however, i would use this hotel again.
