Situated seconds away from frequent trams-every 5 mins.fantastic hotel staff very friendly helpful and well mannered.our room was spotless very comfortable contained little extras like hairdryer,iron,ironing board ,coffee machine.the bathroom was immaculate with complementary toiletries. shower was huge and had the main showerhead with a smaller handheld device for hairwashing.breakfast huge choice,cereal,baked goods,cold meat,cheeses,eggs,bacon,toast ,juices etc.

The customer service was dire, the tv didn't work, the internet went down, the hotel does not have a licence to sell a glass of wine, when i asked for a jug of iced water i was given a glass of warm water, when my daughter asked for pizza in the restaurant she was asked to take it to her room as it was on a room service menu ? i asked for a coffee in the reception in the morning and was poured an expressio rather than asking me what type of coffee i would like. when i complained about the internet as i was trying to do some work i was told the manager was not in til monday, this hotel needs to train their staff and get their restaurant and technology sorted.

Sehr angenehmes hotel, super zimmer,sehr sauber,excellentes personal. super anbindung an die bahn nr. 2, direkt in die innenstadt. zum frühstück gibt es frisch gepressten orangensaft, sehr lecker.

Un albergo stupendo leggermente fuori ma in 15 minuti si arriva nei musei più importanti 25 minuti alla stazione centrale per prendere il treno per aeroporto. difronte all'albergo c'è il tram n.2 che ti porta al centro e percorre tutte le strade caratteristiche di amsterdam. albergo molto pulito colazione eccezionale . complimenti.

Das frühstücksbuffet ließ zu wünschen übrig, die tische wurden nicht frisch eingedeckt und nicht abgewischt. an der bar saßen wir 10 minuten, ohne das wir bedient, oder zumindest gefragt wurden ob wir etwas möchten.

Rundum sehr schoenes hotel, nicht direkt zentral, aber dafuer ruhiger und dennoch gut angebunden (tram) fruehstueck ist insbesondere hervorzuheben - das war koestlich und reichhaltig, mit milch und kaffe auf dem zimmer ist der service allerdings ein wenig sparsam (nespresso-kapseln sind halt nicht die preisguenstigste variante). freundliches und hilfsbereites personal gut ausgestattetes und schoenes zimmer zum wohlfuhlen. gerne wieder!

Très bel hotel bien situé. station de tram juste à côté, chambre spacieuse, petit déjeuner copieux. de très belles prestations.

Wir waren mit dem hotel sehr zufrieden. die zimmer sind schick, geräumig, sauber und das personal sehr nett. das frühstücksbuffet ist sehr umfangreich und frisch. toller aufenthalt.

Super schönes und sauberes hotel! mit der straßenbahn, die direkt am hotel hält, ist man in 15 minuten mitten in der stadt.
