This hotel is conveniently located in earl's court. the staff are very friendly and helpful. the rooms are of a high standard and are comfortable and spotlessly clean. the breakfast is great!

Our first stay. very professional staff, helpful and friendly. hotel in very good, quiet location easy access to the centre of london via tube and regular bus services. pleasant bar and restaurant area and decent continental breakfast. would stay again and recommend to others.

Der aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. außerdem waren die zimmer sehr sauber und das personal sehr freundlich. dieses hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, da die u-bahn auch schnell zu erreichen ist. das einzige problem ist, dass die 300 mb des kostenlosen w-lans bald verbraucht sind und dieses auch nicht überall gut zu empfangen ist. deshalb sollte man den computer in dem raum neben der rezeption verwenden.

Abbiamo trascorso un solare soggiorno in questo hotel grazie alla vicinanza ai servizi(tube, market, pub...), al personale cordiale, alla buona colazione, al free wifi ed ad un buon livello di pulizia... tutto nello stile best western per noi una garanzia.

Single room at front of hotel. bathroom clean, bed clean and comfortable. enough lights and electrical sockets. carpet and wall paper old. room warm i had to open the window to get air in.

The hotel was very clean. but one very irritating point was the dreadful smell of cigarette smoke.very annoying to non smokers!it was very bad in the corridors, and our room, 119, was exceptionally bad. the room was very small, with a tiny wardrobe. breakfast was a disaster, as no one seemed to be in charge, therefore no one noticed the fruit juice was empty, no plates, no croissants etc. staff on reception were helpful.

The hotel is in a great location. a quiet street but handy for earls court tube or walking to the v&a, kensington gardens, restaurants etc. also a pleasant restaurant and bar. the only problem we had was that we were put in a basement room which was extremely noisy in the early morning as this is the centre of operations for housekeeping / laundry etc. we wondered if we had been put there because it was a discounted price. we complained and were moved to a room in a much better location - out of the basement.

Das ist hotel ist gut erreichbar - in direkter nähe zur underground - mit schneller verbindung in das zentrum. der preis war mit knapp 90 eur die nacht human für londoner verhätnisse. aber unser zimmer war ungewöhnich klein. bei der letzten renovierung hat man anscheinend nur die tapeten erneuert und einen flachbildfernseher an die wand gehängt. die fenster sind einglasig und alt und durch die fensterrahmen zieht es. als wir ankamen, war das zimmer kalt - die heizungen runter gedreht - und das anfang märz! das frühstück ist für eine internationale hotelkette ein witz! 2 sorten wurst, käse, toast und brötchen, 2x saft, milch, obst, naturjoghurt, marmeladen abgepackt. klingt beim aufzählen doch nicht so wenig - ist aber verglichen mit frühstückbuffets anderer ketten beschämend. egal, wir waren dicht am zentrum londons und es war auch nur für 2 tage. von daher - schlimmer gehts immer.

Reasonable hotel, great position and a good price considering it was in the centre of london. breakfast was a generous continental, certainly plenty to keep us stoked for the day. would definately use the burns again when we come to london.

My husband & i stayed in the burns hotel for 4 nights last week. the first room we were allotted was tiny ( no.114) & the radiator made a noise which dirupted our sleep. the next morning we asked to be moved rooms & this was no problem. we headed out , having packed our luggage & when we came back in the evening our belongings had been transferred to our new room. thankfully this was a fairly decent sized double but once again the heating created a problem - it was extremely cold in london! when we reported this to reception we were supplied with a portable radiator , which was very useful. i would have no hesitation in staying there again, for several reasons.the staff were very courteous & our room was kept spotless, with towels renewed daily. the continental breakfast which was part of our package was copious ( included porridge if requested).the breakfast menu stated the continental version was £6.50 & the full english was £9.50, if we had been there on a room only basis. the location is so convenient to earl's court road & the tube is c. 3 mins. around the corner.

Helt ok hotel med fin beliggenhet i en rolig koselig gate og nær undergrunnen. flott service med hyggelig betjening. rommene trenger litt oppussing, men er helt ok for noen dager.

Excellent little hotel, down quiet street, minutes away from earls court tube which is 10-15mins from southfields/wimbledon. a m&s store at top of street for picnic supplies and pubon the corner. staff at hotel very friendly, breakfast adequate and room comfortable.

Nettes hotel in einer ruhigen seitenstr.zur nächsten u-bahnstation nur ca. 3 gehminuten. in unmittelbarer nähe befinden sich viele esslokale die speisen zu fairen preisen anbieten. das hotel selbst ist nett und sauber eingerichtet. es gibt sogar einen fahrstuhl. wasserkocher auf dem zimmer, kaffee und tee wird genauso wie die handtücher jeden tag frisch aufgefüllt. das frühstück ist einfach aber o.k.

Dopo una prima delusione dovuta al fatto che l'indirizzo e la posizione non erano ben definiti nella presentazione dell'albergo e ciò ha portato a non trovare subito l'albergo, siamo invece rimasti soddisfatti sia per la vicinanza alla metropolitana sia per la tranquillità della zona.

Tout était ok ! la position : 1 mn du métro, un marc et spencer a coté. le petit déj en buffet ok et personnel sympa ! la chambre très propre et le service ok. mais les chambres a coté des cuisines très bruyantes avec conversations et bruits de vaisselles jusque tard dans la nuit

Since this is a two-star hotel, it came without the bells and whistles, but that didn't matter one bit. the room was clean and not as incredibly small as it could have been. the bathroom was nice, with good water pressure and heat, and perfectly clean. the staff was pleasant and the breakfast was a nice way to avoid spending a bunch of extra money every day. i arrived on the red-eye from the us, and went to the hotel at about 8am to drop off my luggage. to my surprise, my room was ready and they allowed me to check in immediately! that was wonderful after such a long trip. the only concern was the lack of air conditioning. since it isn't that hot in london, it didn't bother me. if you can't sleep when it's hot, make sure to ask for a room on one of the lower floors.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. hotel is situated in a very quiet location - yet near to everything that you require in the way of transport, banks and small shops. the weather was not very good during our stay but because of the hotel being where it was this did not cause a problem.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel burns. the location is perfect, near earl's court underground station, quiet street, near to earl's court road with a lot of shops and restaurants. everything you need is nearby. the only disadvantage i can think of is the price.
