We stayed at the berna for a few days to go to milano expo2015. it was very convenient to the central train station and metro lines. we would put in the tower annex across the street from main hotel. the room was very good size, very clean, and good amenities. free water, juice, soda pop, etc. in bar fridge was a welcome change from the usual price gouging the hotels usually do with in-room snacks. also, they replaced what we consumed each day. no complaints. quick check-in. very professional and helpful front desk staff, but 4-star hotel is a bit of a stretch, in my opinion.
