Axel hotel service noch viel luft nach oben

Der aufenthalt im axelhotel war nur durchschnittlich. zimmer stand bei der areise am morgen noch nicht zur verfügung. zimmer war beim checkin nur schlecht gereinigt. keine info über inbetriebnahme des zimmers. beim betreten war alles auch der flur sehr dunkel. man konnte nur ertasten wo die zimmerkarte zur stromaktivierung gesteckt werden muss. service im spa mangelhaft und sehr schmutzig teiweise unzumutbar. am donnerstag gab es keine handtücher im spa. nach rückfrage bei der rezeption wirkte die servicekraft sehr genervt. frühstück am mittwoch und donnerstag sehr unpersönlich mit schlechtem service, am freitag alles perfekt. insgesamt ist hinsichtlich des services im hotel noch viel luft nach oben.

Good hotel for gay men

Enjoyable stay with friendly and helpfull staff. nice spa and roof-top area. but women should not be allowed, especially in spa and roof top area as this hotel is mainly for gays.

This hotel is very gay

So if you are a hetero couple or just two friends travelling together i suggest that you consider this carefully :) but if you are gay and look forward to gay company, then this is your place. i have nothing agenst gay's but still i felt a bit wierd in a hotel like this. never met a hotel which offers its customers even condoms as an amedity... interesting :) well, good for ever hetero couples - but just that you can imagine :) anyway. fun hotel to stay. the friday night dragqueen show was the best and the breakfast was good. we even had a fire alarm practise on a saturday night at 2:00 am - and that went allright as well...

Five nights at axel in brelin

With my bf spend five nights at this modern and stylish hotel (if you like the dark colours) and we are very satisfied for that. the hotel is in a very good position in the midle of the gay area, one block away from the metro station and kadewe store department. our room was rather small and missing some storage spaces but well desinged and furnished and very quite exept of one night that some noise, sounding like a telephone ringing, made our sleep difficult. next day, the reception staff explained to us that the noise was coming from the a/c system and we had to put it off during the night, something that was not a problem as the room temperature was perfect anyway. the cleaning service was also perfect. the breakfast was not bad, but quite expensive. the spa was small but still a nice touch. we surely recomend this hotel for someone who is not homophobic, as the hotel customers, at least for the days we were there were totaly gay, something not bad for us and a very good oportunity to make new frienships.

Hotel axel

Liked the hotel, room a bit small, but worked fine for a weekend. we didn´t get ipod docking station untill our last day, they should have more at the hotel. it´s a bit dead, we didn´t see too many people, and very few that was our age (around 30). love the location of the hotel. lots of shopping and bars close by.

Axel hotel berlin le bel hôtel !

Quel magnifique établissement ! accueil agréable, confort parfait, vaste douche multijet idéale, sauna,hammam, et spa avec vue sur la ville, décor magnifique, petit déjeuner varié et copieux : que demander de plus ? une soirée "dance" par semaine au moins, pour créer des liens éventuels entre les habitants de l'hôtel et ce serait absolument parfait.
