Would give it one out of ten for the roof over your head but that leaked too! carpets dirty, paint peeling off the walls, bathroom dirty, etc. the third room we were given was the best but not great just the best of the worst rooms i've ever stayed. staff at reception helpful but can't work miracles with what they had. fresh paint would of helped.

We refused to stay the night because the "superior room" was so scruffy, dirty, shabby, and smelly. the bedlinen was un-ironed. the room and building semi derilict. the door to the room appeared to have been broken in to more than once. no assistance, no lift - just one girl on the desk. other clientelle did not look like ordinary holiday-makers. i asked for a refund, but this was not forthcoming. this hotel should not be on any web site. perhaps i should have realised that the price i paid was not a deposit for 1 night, but the full nightly rate! got a cab down the road and found a beautiful hotel for the last night of our holiday.
