We stay in venice every year so we know how it works we made a reservation for a deluxe room, but got a standard room after making a remark at the reception, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that we could change the other day after losing a lot time we got another room with view, which was't the case in the first one.

Wunderschönes hotel, hervorragende lage, äußerst freundliches personal, zimmer sehr schön, jeden tag saubere bettwäsche, handtücher, badutensilien. ein herrlicher aufenthalt. das hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. wir würden es immer wieder buchen!
