Went to lille to visit the christmas market, which i have to say was abit of a let down.but lille itself is a lovely place to wander round. we choose hotel by the fact that it had a carpark, and was a good price. couldn't fault the hotel, had all that we required, except for milk on the tea/coffee making tray that we requested. was far enough out of the center not to be really noisey, but could easily walk into center in 15 mins. turn left out of hotel and head for the crown plaza buildings, left hand side of these delivers you to the train station and eurolille shopping centre. all in all we had a very pleasant stay at the best western
