Overnight stop!

We were on our way to horsham to purchase a car. we stopped overnight at the aurora hotel, gatwick/crawley. the hotel is right beside the train halt. i paid for a superior triple room. on completing our booking in, the receptionist advised she has arranged for a bed to be put in the room. we arrived to the room to discover it was a double room. we went back down to reception and i explained i had purchased a superior triple room. i was advised they did not have triple rooms. i stated that was not my concern and that their website was misleading. i asked for another room for my daughter. a complementary room was given for my daughter. the customer service was excellent and our room was spotlessly clean. our stay was exceptional and we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent gatwick hotel

Rooms are slightly older but very comfortable. wifi is free and stable.location is great but the standout for me was a surprise. the evening meal in the grill restaurant was magnificent and unexpected. really unusually good food for an airport hotel, well chefed, well presented with friendly service. for me, i wont be staying anywhere else when i come to gatwick. oh, i would travel to come and eat here

Good value

Used this for a two night base for exploring south coast brighton area. excellent road links to coast and excelllent value for money. nice clean and comfy hotel. would stay again

Great gatwick hotel at excellent rate of £42. big clean rooms new bathroom comfortable bed dark curtains .

as the title says plus i believe they do car parking deals at a good rate too. hotel is next to train station of three bridges but i couldn't hear the trains so very handy if you need to use one. the shuttle bus runs every hour for a fee of £3.50 each way. i would stay here again. town is an easy five minute walk away if you need to buy anything. there are three major supermarkets within walking distance too. for sport users they had sky sports.
