This is not a 4 star hotel. my room was facing a concrete wall, the pool was always full of people and no personnel was ever there to give towels or sell water. no customer service whatsoever. i was paying for wifi that didn't work in my room and after two days of going to the front desk to ask about it the lady told me "well you can stay here in the lobby" i said i needed wifi in my room so i could work until late to which she replied "well maybe you shouldn't be using internet until so late"!! in the morning, breakfast buffet would close at 11, i came at 10:30 and personnel told me not to sit in a table so they don't have to clean it again.
