Absolute paradise

Service was a bit bumpy to start off with but as the days went on it kept improving and got better and better. we were quite reluctant to stay at another centara after staying at centara grand in karon on our last visit to phuket a couple years ago but we are very glad we gave centara another chance with this place. staff are friendly and accommodated to all our needs. nothing was too much trouble and especially travelling with 2 young kids, we were so comfy and relaxed here. they make you feel like you actually matter. exactly what you need while on holidays. there's a 7 eleven right outside the entrance and 3 free shuttles per day to patong. we actually just paid 200 bhat so we could go anytime we wanted plus the kiddies loved the ride down by tuk tuk. if you want somewhere quiet and beautiful just 5 mins away from all the action then this place is perfect. if you want to be within walking distance of all the craziness then this isn't the place for you. the atmosphere here is very relaxed and the views are breathtaking. its quite hilly but if you want an immaculate uninterrupted view of the andaman sea its expected. dining and food quality is above average. the spa is a must, i fell asleep during a facial. the ladies there really know how to pamper you. overall we had a fantastic relaxing holiday here and cannot wait to come back!
