Hotel de grande qualite accueil tres agreable avec, en plus, une attention particuliere pour les clients : carte anniversaire accompagnee d'un bouquet de fleurs et d'une bouteille de vin. nous avons ete tres touches par cette delicate attention !!! un grand merci a la direction et a l'ensemble du personnel.

L'albergo e' eccellente, il mio soggiorno e' stato perfetto....situato nel centro di praga, comodo per raggiungere ogni destinazione turistica, l'albergo e' arredato lussuosamente e ha in camera tutti i comforts...il personale e' gentilissimo e molto professionale dappertutto...(tutti bravissimi: gli impiegati alla reception, l'autista, i portieri,le cameriere nelle stanze e le ragazze alla sala colazione)

Très bonne maison, accueil sympathique accompagné de deux voucher pour prendre une consommation au bar-club, le personnel est attentionné (qui nous a réservé des places sur le jazzboat, et s'est occupé de notre réservation de taxi pour le retour). très belle chambre, et surtout... un buffet pantagruelique ! du salé, du sucré, chaud , froid, tout ce que l'on peut imaginer pour un brunch international ! du jamais vu...et compris dans le prix de notre chambre. je recommande donc cet hotel, classique et très bien placé. notre chambre était coté cour et nous n'avons pas entendu un bruit.

Beautiful hotel, ideally located for shops, markets and exploring the magical city of praha. reasonably priced, very comfortable accommodation. friendly staff, nice atmosphere. breakfast is superb!

This is one of those rare breed of hotels that have almost become extinct - a place where they understand customer satisfaction! perfectly located at the town end of wenceslas square, the hotel could not have been better located for shopping and sight-seeing. the hotel is actually two hotels joined and we stayed in the zlata husa (golden goose) hotel to the right of the photo. generally, the room was very spacious and well appointed; the bathroom especially so, with a jacuzzi bath. guests should try the hotel restaurant which is tremendously good value - 3-course meal for three, with copious quantities of czech beer and coffee for under £30 - amazing value! the breakfast buffet was one of the best and most comprehensive that i have ever experienced. the staff are very friendly, speak adequate english and cannot do enough to make your stay as welcoming as possible. cannot wait to stay there again!
