Avoid this hotel

- uncomfortable bed - only one key card, request for one more card denied - no tea or coffee making facility - charges 100bht to use the microwave for 2 minutes - very noisy at night - unfriendly and rude staffs - tv didn't work - breakfast so bad that we paid for our own breakfast elsewhere - insect bites

Great location and price

We enjoyed our stay it was a easy walk to shopping, bagnal rd and the beach i think we were in an older part of the hotel that was a little run down but it didn't affect our stay. concierge staff were always freindly and happy. thanks
