Great hotel with best of staff

This was a trip with my wife and our 20 month old daughter. i wanted to stay at one of the best hotels in goa and in a lively place so as my daughter can have a lot of activities - ideally north goa's taj properties came to my mind but a friend of mine told me about alila diwa in south goa. i did a lot of research - being a sr. contributor in trip advisor i wanted to ensure that we do go to the best hotel. i was amazed after reaching goa - be it the hotel cab driver who picked us up from the airport or the hotel entrance security personnel or the front office representative - all knew how to keep a critic quiet by showing great services. i had a lovely stay with my family with great food from spice and vivo and exemplary services by all staff
