I booked this hotel as i needed to be in this area. there is not much around. i was due to work on an urgent project and in my room on the first floor wifi did not work. even ion the lounge it was very slow. so i asked for an ethernet cable at reception and was told they did not have any. no further assistance or help was offered. i had to go to another hotel by yaxi in order to work. for a 4 star hotel this is not acceptable

Posizione quasi centrale, ma tra vie anguste, quindi per chi viaggia in auto , se non ha il navigatore, ê difficile raggiungerlo . la rampa del garage molto ripida. per il resto , colazione e pulizia ottime, camera disposta su due piani e vietata alle persone alte .

Ottimo hotel in ottima posizione. di fronte ad uno splendido giardino (se si ha la fortuna di avere le camera da quel lato...). camere spaziosa e pulita. unico neo il personale di servizio che al mattino interferisce un po' con la volontà di dormire. alla reception impeccabili. colazione migliorabile. piacevole scoperta che consiglio

Ottimo soggiorno in un hotel ai margini di villa borghese, ben collegato con il centro tramite una linea bus e con la stazione termini due linee nonche' con la zona del vaticano.belle le camere, un po' rumorose quelle al primo piano in quanto sopra il gruppo elettrgeno.splendide quelle che si affacciano con terrazino sul giardino di villa albani.buona la presenza nel quartiere di piccoli ristoranti diversi nell'offerta.consigliamo anche a famiglie per il quartiere tranquillo anche la sera.

Seit jahren logiere ich bei meinen rom-aufenthalten in diesem hotel, das sehr ruhig liegt, aber nur wenige minuten von einer hauptstraße mit mehreren bus- und straßanbahnlinien entfernt liegt. die modern eingerichteten, supersauberen und gemütlichen zimmer kann man nur empfehlen. außerdem gibt es ein für italienische verhältnisse sehr akzeptables frühstücksbuffet.

Ho prenotato e pagato in anticipo la camera attraverso hotelsclick. sono arrivato alle dieci di sera e mi è stato comunicato che non c'era più posto e mi avevano prenotato una stanza presso un altro albergo. il secondo albergo era di pari livello e mi hanno pagato il taxi (dopo le mie proteste). considero comunque la vicenda sgradevole, soprattutto perché sono un cliente abituale ed avrei gradito essere avvertito prima. si tratta comunque di un buon albergo, nella media della sua categoria.

I and my family of 4 had a very nice stay at this hotel. the staff were quite helpful in assisting in site reservations and accomodating our needs. i would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in rome.

Location was very good for our visit as we wanted to be near the villa bourgoise ,room was very clean and bright,the area was quite, no traffic at night ,the breakfast was disappointing.. no fresh fruit or yoghurts in the restaurant.

All in all the stay at albani hotels was ok. the room however did not look in any way like on the promotion pictures of the same room category as published on the net. it was simply functional, not pretty or cosy but al least big enough for two people. the service was alright, not outstanding, not bad. though i had wished -especially the people from the reception- would smile from time to time, look friendly or say 'hello'. i guess that is too much for hotel albany services! so, if you plan to visit the hotel be prepared to meet some 'roughness' and average 'comfort'.

We checked in early in the morning, and gladly, were able to receive our room, which we found nice, clean, updated and quiet, near a park. service was excellent, so was breakfast. in other words, deffinately recommended.

The hotel is a modern and very clean and suits the young, independent traveller. the centre of rome was too far away to walk to,particularly with an elderly parent but taxis are reasonable costing 8 euros from the hotel to the spanish steps. staff were friendly and helpful the only downside is that the hotel does not have a restaurant open for evening meals.
