The hotel was very good and with great character. our room was almost like an apartment with a little side corridor. this used to be a police station and so the layout is not the traditional layout of a hotel. the rooms were very clean and made our stay very special.

Ottimo hotel. unico aspetto negativo che pur avendo prenotato a maggio x agosto nn ci hanno confermato una camera con doppio letto king size , ma un letto matrimoniale con letto gonfiabile scomodissimo....

The hotel is in an excellent position. the superior room was large , clean, very comfortable as well as the bathroom. the staff was extremely efficient and kind, very keen to assist you and give you advice. guests can avail themselved of a complimentary fitness gym. the only issues we experienced concern the wi-fi connection, not always working properly, and the lights control in the room, not within reach from the bed. for the rest our stay at the back bay was really enjoyable.

Clean, well appointed rooms, friendly and accomodating staff, and a good location, all at a great price! i don't have very many complaints. the staff was helpful when we had questions about the local area, the car was valet parked and available within 10 minutes or less (great for any major city - i've waited 30 minutes in new york). cabs were available at a cab stop literally right outside the hotel door, and newbury street was only a couple of blocks away. a great vacation overall.
