Schlechter zimmerservice, kein freies wi-fi auf zimmer, laut außerhalb des zimmers (innerhalb des hauses) und innerhalb des zimmers durch kühlschrank (kühlschrank ist leer, kühlschrank konnte nicht ausgeschalten werden). dusche innerhalb einer badewanne. anderes zimmer erhalten als gebucht.

This hotel has rooms with good space. the breakfast had a pretty steep price. the fitness-rom was like a joke. very few things and was hot like hell. otherwise the hotell was nice , and i would recommend it if you do not plan to eat breaskfast and use the fitness-room.

Wir (meine frau und ich) eine nacht in diesem hotel verbracht. das hotel is etwas älter aber gut erhalten, das zimmer ist groß , das bad ist sauber, die bette bequem, schöne aussicht auf insbruck , kaffeekocher vorhanden, personal sehr freundlich, parkgarage kostet 15 euro pro tag, frühstück reichhaltige und gut. wir würden das hotel gerne wieder empfehlen.

Pecca da segnalare la mancanza totale di hostess che parlano italiano (forse rifiuto della lingua); se non conosci un po di inglese sei finito: devi gesticolare. stanze accoglienti e confortevoli, davvero grandi, tv, ethernet, 2 telefoni, poltrona, bellissima veduta sulla città innevata. manca di un parcheggio per i clienti, quello interrato sottostante è pubblico a pagamento. hotel centralissimo quindi ti sposti dove vuoi senza problemi.

Hotel veramente bellissimo,posizione centralissima,camere grandi,confortefoli,con bella vista,gentilezza,molti servizi offerti,tutto a pagamento,io ho utilizzato la rete wi-fi,perfetta,un po alto il prezzo...17 euro al giorno mi sembrano eccessivi...
