Disappointed!

My wife and i stayed 4 nights in the ac ambassador. it was a very disappointing time. despite our being marriot loyalty members and the hotel being empty we were given a very small and dowdy room. the door needed painting, the room lights constantly flickered and the telephone did not work. we reported all of these things but no one paid any attention. the restaurant consisted of microwave food only unfortunately it was not microwave prices.the hotel tried to charge me 15 euro a day for using wifi in my room. i complained bitterly and the charge was dropped. i would not recommend this hotel which is a pity because a change of management or proper training could make such a difference.

We like the ambassadeur because it is close to the beach of juan les pins. it has 2 pools one indoor one outdoor.

Totally over priced .. what a waste of money

I am utterly disappointed in the hotel, the accommodation was appalling for the price. the whole experience was a total rip off! i would class this hotel as a 2 star. from the moment i arrived i knew it was a bad choice. we had to move rooms, as the first room they gave us was dirty marks all along the walls, the plug sockets were hanging off the walls, the balconies dirty and overgrown with trees. the second room, which we ended up staying in wasn’t much better. the cleaners were great they made the most of a bad hotel. the gym was a joke only one machine actually worked, the sauna was never switched on. the swimming pool had big holes in the floor, which was very dangerous. the breakfast was average, the car park was £16 per night, but beware there is a free car park next door to the hotel we always found a space. i would not recommend staying at the hotel you if you pay the price we did you will be hugely disappointed

Summer trip to france 2008

Juan les pins was the last stop of a four centre holiday. we therefore were there for only three nights. we really enjoyed the location and the hotel facilities were very good. the staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms cleaned efficiently. we would not hesitate in making another booking there and would very much like to return later in the year for a mini break. if this is not possible we would definitely return next year for a longer period.

Hotel ambassadeur

A good base to explore juan les pins. value for money as breakfast was included. the hotel was clean and nicely furnished although a little dated. the staff could not have been more helpful.
