Il soggiorno a copenaghen è stato reso sicuramente più piacevole da questo hotel. la posizione strategica, che permette di arrivare in pieno centro con soli cinque minuti di metro, la straordinaria colazione continentale, la perfetta pulizia, la stanza ampia ed accogliente.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the great service,friendliness and comfort of this hotel. the hotel is in the business centre,but only 5 minutes from city centre by metro. the breakfast was absolutely spectacular. the staff go over and above normal duties to assist where they can. i had to disassemble my bicycle and staff had both a 5 mm hex wrench and hammer to assist me. they also gave us the best tips and advice for the best copenhagen experience during our 3 day stay. there is a great gym as well and free printing,wi fi and a few computers for use. i highly recommend this hotel!

We are a young couple and stayed in ac marriot for the weekend. all in all the hotel was nicely designed but there was dust and dirt in a couple of places in our room. in addition the house keeping had left our door unlocked for the whole day! this is unnacceptable. in the sky bar we had to wait 20 minutes before getting any service. the receptionists were very frinendly and no complaints to them. breakfast was very good. though there were positive things also i would not go again. leaving the door unlocked for the whole day is just too big of a thing. also if you are a bit older you will propably ge better service from the staff than we did. no compensation was offered to us regarding our door issue.

Spend a weekend at the ac bella sky hotel and i was generally happy with the services, room etc. we stayed at the 18th floor in a double room and had a great view of the ørestad area. the room temperature was a bit too hot and the air was very dry in the room (possibly the entire hotel). it didn't help much adjusting the air-conditioning. the spa was nice but i expected more - especially compared to the other services of the hotel. we paid 150 dkk to enter the spa as hotel guests. day passes for non-hotel guests are 300 dkk. 150 dkk seems fair - not 300 dkk. anyway, we had a great weekend and brunch before we left.

Hotel di altissimo livello, credo di non aver visto mai una cosa del genere fino ad ora. servizi ottimi e hotel bellissimo e suggestivo!!! non ci sono note negative, e se qualcuno oltre me ne ha trovate, sarà stato di certo un caso! colazione più che abbondante. la zona era un po' fuori città, però avevo la metro a 100 metri di distanza e 3 autobus che si fermavano praticamente all'ingresso dell'hotel

Ottimo albergo, moderno e molto bello. le camere standard non sono eccessivamente grandi ma quasi tutte hanno un'ottima vista; l'albergo ha 23 piani. il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto professionale, tutti parlano un ottimo inglese. la colazione a buffet è molto buona e varia. il prezzo in rapporto ai prezzi di copenhagen è molto buono. l'albergo si trova in periferia ma è vicinissimo alla fermata bella sky della metro m1 e la frequenza dei treni è di ca. 2/3 minuti.

A great hotel ideal for business trips. i stayed there for 3 nights and i really enjoyed it. amazing views of the city and pretty convenient with a metro station located less than 5' walk, very close to airport and university of copenhagen (though the hotel is a bit far from city centre). spacious rooms and good facilities. definitely reccomended.

Assolutamente fatevi assegnare una skyroom... vista spettacolare e.... liberate la vostra fantasia! l'hotel é a pochi minuti di metro dal centro ed il personale é estremamente cortese e disponibile. assolutamente da provare la spa e lo skybar..

Bellissimo. dalla colazione alla camera. ho prenotato una standard quindi mi è capitata quella interna alle torri come immaginavo però c'era lo stesso un po di panorama! servizio ottimo per tutto il periodo di permanenza. ci tornerei senza problemi!

Sehr großes kongresshotel am stadtrand. gute verkehrsanbindung mit der metro (alle 5 minuten) in die innenstadt. das frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen, weil das wenige personal die tische nicht zügig abräumte und die atmosphäre an eine universitätsmensa erinnerte.

Situated just 10 minutes by metro from the center of copenhagen , and near the airport and e20 motorway, this hotel is perfect for both business and pleasure stays. my family and i stayed in a large corner room on the 20th floor, with great wiew of the copenhagen skyline. there was misunderstanding with our booking through hotelsclick, wich had booked us into a room wich couldnt accomodate an extra bed, but the hotel then upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost. very good service by the reception. the rooms are quiet, with very little noice from other guest or from the outside, and it's first time i've stayed in a hotel with a soundproof door to the room! we were a bit surprised by the fact that there were only paper and plastic cups in the room, when everthing else was up to standard. this should be corrected! also, there was a partly see through glass wall between the room and the bathroom, wich we can't really see the point of. the breakfast restaurant wasn't staffed to full capasity on our first morning, so we had to sit at a table full of dirty dishes from previous guests. the table wasn't cleaned until five minutes before we were finished eating, even though we asked a waiter to do so. a tip is to wait with breakfast until the tourist coaches have left, if you have the time. the staff in the sky bar, needs to shape up on customer service. even though there were not many guest in the bar, they forgot serving us, and forgot parts of our order when finally serving. also, they looked like they were bored out of their minds.. all in all, we very much enjoyed our stay, and i will stay here on my next business trip to copenhagen.

Stayed in sky room, 22nd floor. hotel is nice and clean but not the biggest room i have stayed in but nothing to complain about. when staying the hotel it was fully booked and only thing i could "complain" about is waiting time for elevators during breakfast time, so make sure you are not leaving your room late before important appointment.

We were on a budget (£100 a night max) but were looking for a high quality and cosy hotel on the edge of copenhagen with good transport links into the centre. the bella sky was perfect. we upgraded to a corner room in the second tower, it was cosy, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for and didn't feel at all 'conferency' like many of the larger hotels, and we had a lovely view over the city. the metro was a 2 minute walk from the hotel and then a 8-10 minute comfortable journey into the centre, tivoli, nyhavn, etc. we were expecting a cold buffet breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised when it turned into a hot standard buffet. perfect start for those cold days!

I stayed bella sky comwell 2 nights(one day each for standard room and sky room). there was no big price difference between 2type of rooms, but sky room had much better in terms of quality. i definitely recommend everyone to use sky room, if the price is not so far from standard room.

On a eu la chance d'avoir une chambre au 21 eme étage, avec vue sur la ville de copenhague au loin, impressionnant. le bar au dernier jouit aussi d'une vue exceptionnelle et d'une décoration design très aérienne avec les jeux de lumières. le personnel est souriant et sympathique, et l'hôtel très bien situé entre l'aéroport et la ville à laquelle on accède en 10 mn de métro. la station est a une centaine de mètres et la frequence des passages permet de se balader sans souci. un lieu magnifique à ne pas rater pour un séjour original.

Arriviamo in un giorno ventoso e l'impatto è tremendo. il vento si incanala fra le torri e per entrare sembra di essere a trieste quando soffia la bora. all'interno si è piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bellezza della hall e dalla gentilezza del personale diella reception. avevo prenotato la camera meno costosa, e temevo di finire al primo piano con vista interna delle torri (come capita sempre)invece ci danno una camera al 19° piano con vista sulla città. uno spettacolo. la stanza è fin troppo luminosa, ed è uno spettacolo. sembra di essere all'aperto in cima al mondo, e ci si può permettere, se si è in coppia, qualche libertà. anche il bagno come già detto da alcuni è aperto sul mondo, ma è uno spettacolo farsi la doccia guardando copenhagen . bellissimo lo skybar e l'acquaspa (a pagamento!) unici nei: in 3 gg mai cambiate le lenzuola e asciugamani cambiati solo al terzo giorno dopo mia espressa richiesta scritta. non è vicinissimo alla metro. nel complesso esperienza da fare.

Very trendy design hotel, spectacular architecture and views from the higher floors, rooms well equipped, but lacking a bit more storing facilities. hotel location halfway between ap and downtown, dull surroundings but very easy acces to the subway/metro (10' to town). hotel restaurant options rather pricy. big breakfast buffet, probably a bit crowded when hotel is full.

Das hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. es ist sehr modern, die zimmer (zimmerkategorie medium) sind von der grösse angemessen und das frühstück ist sehr gut! die u-bahn ist nur 100 meter vom hotel entfernt und fährt innerhalb von 10 min in die innenstadt. das hotel ist jedoch, unter umständen, nicht für menschen geeignet die nicht schwindelfrei sind.
