I have stayed at this hotel several times as i enjoy the beautiful grounds and the value for money. although it is not a first class hotel it is comfortable and in a splendid location

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel which was located very close to universal studious theme parks and the hotel offered complimentary shuttel service to the above parks. the hotel offered good facilities with heated swimming pools, spa, gym.the resturant served good food. kids have lots to do with pool, arcade and table tennis. there is also great restaurants situated nearby with great diversity. front house staff could be a little bit more friendlier and more accomodating.
