Une situation exceptionnelle sur la promenade des anglais, à deux pas du marché aux fleurs... un personnel tres disponible, souriant et discret. cet hôtel a beaucoup de charme, ambiance feutrée et meublé avec goût. les chambres sont très bien équipées et tres spacieuses. la literie très confortable. un seul petit bémol, la salle de petits déjeuner est vite saturée lorsqu'on doit déjeuner a l'intérieur à cause du temps.

Great hotel, fab location, excellent condition rooms, polite staff and very generous breakfast buffet. also, loved the fact that balcony looked out onto noisy beachfront ... but when you shut the balcony, it was completely soundproofed so still got a good night's sleep. only problem is the rooms are tiny (we had a superior double).

Questo albergo si trova in un ottima posizione e le camere sono pulite e abbastanza spaziose. nel complesso c'è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

We had a luxurous weekend in nice. every morning started by jogging along promenade. then a delicious and strong breakfast to be able to shop and walk many hours. we were lucky to have a suite with seaside balcons - it was nice to sit and watch the traffic there. musée massena, next to the hotel was an interesting place to visit. i recommend the hotel with pleasure.

We were four persons who went from a cold sweden to the wonderful riviera. we just wanted to take a brake and stay at a beautiful place for same days. the hotel is very nice, the rooms are very nice but very small and the breakfast very good for beeing in france. we all enjoyed our stay.

The position of the hotel is fantastic, just in front of the promenade des anglais and with a nice see view. the service is perfect and at the reception they are really kind. the rooms are nice (in some case too hot or too cold) but a bit old style and too classic. also the breakfast is 3-star-style but acceptable. in general i will suggest it for family and old people because is right in the center of nice.

Le stanze non corrispondevano alla prenotazione e l'albergo dietro una facciata pomposa era decisamente inferiore alle sue stelle. il personale, di contro, è stato veramente gentile. siamo stati spostati all'hotel beau rivage che consiglio vivamente

This was the 3rd year running that we have been to this hotel. the location is superb and the facilities are ok, we were given a room on the 6th (top) floor with a balcony and side sea view at no extra charge which was a bonus. the resturant could be improved with a limited menue, and it would be nice to have a facility to sit and have a drink outside. the lobby area next to the lifts is the only place available.

The room we were was quite small on the 4th floor, we were told that for 30 euros a night we could upgrade, although at that time the hotel was half empty. the breakfast was ok, the service at times quite poor. we only ate in once, and that was ok. we were surprised to see that they allowed dogs to stay overnight, and i mean huge dogs!! we were also disappointed to find that there was no bar area available. a hotel of that size should be able to provide a comfortable bar plus coffee and tea area. they are losing so many customers to the hotel westminster and other bars. they should also have a light lunch facility aside from the formal dining room. i would recommend this hotel to friends, but with reservations.

This hotel is fabulously located close to the old town and on the promenade des anglais. things are expensive on the promenade., but less so in the town. the hotel restaurant was disapointing, overpriced for an 'ok' meal. the sea view room was small but adequate, the bed was big and comfortable. some people would find the sea view noisy as it looks across the promenade, but we did not. overall the hotel lived up to expectaions.

The standard-room is worn and small, but the price after 1th. november (low-season) is very fair and the location of the hotel is perfect and the hotelservice is 1. class.
