Great location, lovely room

Great basic room, lovely decor and very clean good for someone eho wants to eat out or bring some food in as it has a small bar fridge and table and chairs , the location is perfect the tram station is just across the road and minutes from the heart of surfers which was great for me as i travelled on my own and dont drive my only negative comment would be that the room i srayed in was very nosiey sounded like the lift or pipes and while the hinterland views were fantastic their was no balcony to sit on
