Great hotel

Have stayed here a couple of times and always very good. rooms clean and comfortable. only down side is only 2 small lifts and if you are on 5th floor as we were, have to wait ages! nice views from rooms as on marina and just a short walk to lord street for shops etc. reception helpful.
